Hello and welcome to my site. Not much here at the moment. Mostly it's just a repository for my pictures from Japan. If you're here, that probably means you know me somehow. If you somehow stumbled across this page in your wanderings of the web, enjoy looking through my pictures! I assume you're bored enough to spend some time doing that however boring my site may be. Here's a brief bio in case you're curious about me:

I was born in Salem, Oregon, USA. I'm an only child, father's a lawyer, mother's an elementary school teacher. I went to Catholic school from elementary until the end of senior high. I went to Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota, USA and got my bachelors degree in computer science in 2004. Yes, that means I could make a much better website than this, but I'm also lazy. I worked at Carleton's IT department the summer after graduating, and then went off to Japan to teach English as part of the JET Programme. I currently live in Hamatonbetsu, Hokkaido, Japan, which is about as far north as you can get in Japan without being in Wakkanai.
